As most of you know, there are some areas around the neighborhood that were not completed by Lennar during the neighborhood’s construction. The HOA Board has been trying to work with Lennar for over a year to get those areas completed. After much debate over these issues, Lennar offered the neighborhood $10K to landscape Tract G, the area in the back of the neighborhood that just has a few boulders in it.
The Board was happy that they offered anything, but thought this was incomplete and there are other areas of the neighborhood that should also be addressed. Those areas include the main entrance, irrigation along SE 259th St, and staining of common area fences.
